After their record-breaking partnership a week ago, Katey Martin (54*) and Amy Satterthwaite (43*) have combined again to see the WHITE FERNS through to a comfortable seven wicket win over the West Indies in the final T20I at Seddon Park.
The Otago Sparks wicket-keeper and the Canterbury Magicians batswoman put on 116 runs after coming together at 27-3 to see the WHITE FERNS chase down 140 with 22 balls to spare.
It backed up a strong effort with the ball with Leigh Kasperek (2-19) and Lea Tahuhu (2-27) among the best of the bowlers to restrict the Windies to 139-5.
The WHITE FERNS had the luxury of opting to bowl first after captain Suzie Bates won the toss for the first time this series.

The home side were under the pump early however as Hayley Matthews peppered the boundary to see the Windies race through to 44-0 after four overs.
The WHITE FERNS went to spin early to halt the run-scoring and it paid dividends when Kasperek continued her strong form this series with the wicket of Matthews (40), caught in the deep by Tahuhu in the eighth over.
Tahuhu backed up her good work in the field by knocking over the stumps of Chedean Nation (6) to leave the West Indies on 71-2 in the 11th over.
The danger duo of Taylor and Deandra Dottin powered the West Indies past the 100 run mark before Sophie Devine drew a loose shot from Taylor that was well taken on the boundary by Hannah Rowe.
The WHITE FERNS did well to reduce the run rate thereafter as Tahuhu and Kasperek both grabbed late wickets to restrict the West Indies to 139-5 from their 20 overs.

The chase got off to a shaky start as the WHITE FERNS mixed up their order with Natalie Dodd opening alongside Sophie Devine.
Dodd hit a couple of early boundaries but was unlucky to trickle an edge through to the keeper in the first over off the bowling of Shamilia Connell.
The West Indies seamer backed it up in her second over and dismissed Maddy Green (3) and Sophie Devine (15) in quick succession to leave the WHITE FERNS 27-3.

That saw Katey Martin and Amy Satterthwaite come together as the pair looked to get the chase back on track. It was only last week they put a record stand of 124 runs at Bay Oval, and they looked comfortable from the get-go at the crease once more.
A mix of some lovely shots and wayward bowling saw the pair keep the scoreboard ticking and put the WHITE FERNS in a strong position.
Martin and Satterthwaite took the score past 100 in the 12th over as the required run rate dropped below five an over.
With the finish line in sight, Martin and Satterthwaite began to up the ante as the boundaries began to flow and the West Indies lost hope.
Martin finished the job off with a boundary to cap off a brilliant series.
